the king suite was convenient but absolutely not worth the price considering the filth in common areas and lack of drink menu. i thought some preferential treatment woudl ve been automatic as a self-proclaimed esteemed guest. i almost left with a good review but couldn’t overlook the constant harassment from the disorganized activities desk and the aisle hogging tour groups in the lobby.

Stunning views and unforgettable safaris
We had a fantastic time exploring the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant wildlife all around. The safaris were well-organized, with comfortable vehicles and an early start to maximize animal sightings. The food was fresh and delicious, accommodating various dietary needs, while our spacious suite offered spectacular views of the river. One downside was the need for some modern upgrades in the room's decor.

The King Suite with Balcony was a dream, offering stunning views over the Chobe River, where daily warthog and baboon visits kept us entertained. The staff were incredibly helpful, making our river cruises and game drives seamless and enjoyable. The evening river cruise provided breathtaking sunsets and closer proximity to wildlife than I ever expected.
Wifi issues.

The bungalows were sharp, with balconies overlooking the river that not only added a rustic charm but actually offered decent views—perfect for unwinding after a safari. The proximity to Chobe National Park was a bonus, making the journey to the gate a brief one. you get to maximize your time with the wildlife.
While the river cruise was a highlight and provided a nice breeze alongside some breathtaking wildlife sights, the boat felt cramped because of limited facilities—it could use a bit more room for comfort. Dining options could be clearer. I wish I'd sorted out the a la carte meals sooner—much better than the bustling buffet, which felt more like a feeding frenzy with tour groups squeezing in at peak times. The game drive experience was a mixed bag. the roads were pretty brutal and seemed faster paced than necessary, which killed the chance for good photo ops.

I loved the spacious room with a great view and enjoyed fresh omelettes made to order at breakfast. The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. The option for evening river cruises made it all the better. Just a heads up, the outdoor smells near my balcony could be a bit off sometimes, but it didn't ruin my awesome experience. 🌊
